The Filutowski Cataract & LASIK Institute offers our Corporate Vision Plan at no cost to corporations or companies or to their employees. There are no administrative details to manage. We offer a simple enrollment directly with us. Then, employees are given information and a membership card provided by us. In addition to the savings advantage, employees have access to the Filutowski Cataract & LASIK Institutes state-of-the-art facilities, featuring the most advanced diagnostic treatment and equipment available.

Those companies who offer Flex Spending Accounts can take advantage of your companies program by utilizing those dollars for reduced fees for High Definition LASIK.

If you are interested in offering our Corporate Vision Program to your place of employ, simply have your Human Resource or Benefits Manager complete the online and our Corporate Account Representative will contact the necessary party to establish your program.
